Clustertruck is a fast-paced platformer where players jump, slide, and sprint across the tops of moving trucks without ever touching the ground. The goal is to reach the finish line while staying on the constantly shifting surface of speeding vehicles. Each level requires precision, timing, and fast decision-making as trucks collide, tip, and stack unpredictably. The game operates in first-person view, giving players a direct sense of momentum and risk with every leap.

Environmental Hazards and Player Abilities

As players progress, levels introduce additional threats like swinging obstacles, laser grids, collapsing structures, and flamethrowers. These hazards force players to adjust their approach, often mid-air, while navigating the unstable terrain. To deal with increasing difficulty, the game offers unlockable abilities such as double jumps, time-slowing, and tools like a grappling hook or a truck-launching cannon. These powers add flexibility and support creative solutions to otherwise impossible sequences.

Custom Content and Progression

Clustertruck includes a built-in level editor and full Steam Workshop integration, allowing players to create and share custom maps. The game also features a replay system and online leaderboards, offering incentives for speedrunners and players focused on high scores. The campaign is structured in stages, with each section introducing new mechanics and visual themes. With no traditional enemies or story-driven elements, the gameplay remains focused entirely on movement, survival, and player-driven mastery of increasingly chaotic levels.
